By downloading, installing, or using the Bible Verses app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple within their refund policy timeframe. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase, except as required by applicable law.
All content provided through the App, including Bible verses, text, graphics, user interface, and software, is either in the public domain or owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Bible text provided in the App is from public domain translations. You are free to share individual verses through the App's sharing feature for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
